Account & Sign-In

How can I sign in?

Habits currently supports:

  • email and password;
  • Google Sign-In;
  • Apple Sign-In on supported iOS devices.

I can't sign in. What should I check?

Start by confirming that you are using the same sign-in method you used when you created the account.

For example:

  • an email/password account uses its email/password flow;
  • a Google-created account should use Google Sign-In;
  • an Apple-created account should use Apple Sign-In.

If you still cannot access the account, contact Habits Support once the current support route is published.

Email Verification

Email/password accounts require email verification.

If your verification email has not arrived:

  1. check the email address you entered;
  2. check spam/junk folders;
  3. use the option in Habits to resend the verification email;
  4. allow a short period for delivery.

If the message still does not arrive, contact Support.

Password Reset

Habits supports a three-step password reset:

  1. request a verification code;
  2. enter the code;
  3. create a new password.

Never send your password or password-reset code to Habits Support.

Data waiting to sync?

Habits Settings includes a Data & Sync area with:

  • the last sync timestamp;
  • the number of pending sync items;
  • a manual sync action.

If something appears to be waiting:

  1. check your internet connection;
  2. open Data & Sync in Habits;
  3. review the pending-sync count;
  4. use the manual sync action.

If data still does not sync, contact Support once the verified contact route is live.

Habits is not currently described on this website as a fully offline app.

Reminders not appearing?

Habits uses local iPhone notifications for the current reminder system.

Check:

  1. notification permission is enabled for Habits in iPhone Settings;
  2. the relevant reminder is enabled in Habits;
  3. the configured time, days, interval or active hours are correct.

Configured local reminders can work without internet, but iOS notification delivery is not guaranteed and device settings can affect presentation.

Habits Pro & Subscription

The current product includes:

  • an Upgrade action for Free users;
  • a Manage Subscription option for Pro users through RevenueCat Customer Center.

Use Manage Subscription to view the current subscription-management options available for your purchase.

Current price, trial, cancellation and refund terms

These details must match the current live App Store / RevenueCat offer.

This Support page should not publish specific billing terms until Page 15 Pricing has completed commerce QA.

AI & Privacy Controls

Optional AI can be controlled from the Habits AI Privacy Dashboard.

You can:

  • switch AI processing off;
  • control nine data categories separately;
  • review recorded AI access events;
  • clear the AI access history.

Core tracking remains available without optional AI.

Export your logged health data

Habits supports health-data export in:

  • JSON;
  • CSV.

Use the in-app export feature when you want a portable copy of supported logged data.

The website does not claim that the export includes every original media file, such as Progress Photo image files.

A product export is also not a substitute for every formal privacy access/correction right that may apply under law.

Delete your Habits account

Habits includes permanent account deletion with re-authentication.

Depending on how you signed in, the current product supports identity confirmation using:

  • password re-entry;
  • Apple re-authentication;
  • Google re-authentication.

Deleting the account invalidates active Habits sessions.

If you have Habits Pro through Apple

Deleting your Habits account does not by itself cancel an Apple auto-renewable subscription.

Review/manage the App Store subscription separately before deleting the account so you understand any continuing billing.

The legal Privacy Policy should explain the detailed retention/deletion treatment for backups and third-party processors.

Apple Health / Connected Health

Where the rollout-controlled feature is available, Habits can read selected Apple Health metrics with permission:

  • Steps
  • Heart Rate
  • HRV
  • Blood Oxygen, where available.

Habits does not currently claim Apple Health Sleep import.

If connected-health data is not appearing:

  1. check whether the feature is available in your account;
  2. review the relevant Apple Health permissions;
  3. return to Habits and use the current sync controls where available.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is an optional Pro feature with read-only access.

Habits does not need permission to create, edit or delete Calendar events for this integration.

If you no longer want the connection, use the disconnect option in Habits.

Questions about medication, symptoms or treatment?

Habits Support can help with how the app works.

Habits Support does not provide:

  • diagnosis;
  • medication selection;
  • dose changes;
  • missed-dose medical instructions;
  • assessment of whether a symptom is serious;
  • emergency medical advice.

For medical questions about your medication, symptoms or treatment, use an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, seek urgent professional help.
