Habits: GLP-1 Companion

Your GLP-1 week is more than a dose and a number on the scale.

Medication matters. So do protein, meals, hydration, movement, sleep, mood and the details you may want to look back on.

Habits keeps the everyday parts of your GLP-1 routine together—so you can record what happened today and review your own history later.

What is Habits?

Habits is a GLP-1 health tracking app for iPhone that helps you keep a record of medication, side effects, food and protein, hydration, exercise, mood, sleep, weight and progress.

It also includes reminders, health reports and optional AI features for supported logging and reviewing your own data.

Habits is a tracking and habit-support tool. It does not prescribe medication, tell you to change your dose, diagnose symptoms or replace your healthcare professional.

Explore all features

One connected record

See the week around the medication.

A dose is one moment. Habits gives the rest of the week somewhere to live too.

Dose day

Record the medication schedule you are already following.

Set up the schedule, log a dose when you take it, see what is next and keep your recorded history nearby.

Built for real life

Small, steady habits—around the life you already live.

Medication, meals, movement, sleep and mood are easier to keep up with when they live in one place you actually enjoy opening.

Say it “Lunch was chicken and rice”
Snap it Review an estimate before saving
Repeat it Save meals you eat often
Quick-add Water or weight from Today

Tracking should not become another job.

Some days you will want the detail. Other days you just want to get something recorded and move on.

Habits gives you more than one way to log.

Say what happened

Tell Habits what you ate, drank or did in ordinary language. For supported entries, AI can interpret the details and add them to the relevant tracker.

Snap the meal

Take or upload a food photo and Habits can return an estimate for the meal, calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat that you can save to your food log.

Save the repeat stuff

Keep meals you eat often in your personal library and log them again without starting from zero.

Quick-add what matters

Add water or weight from the Today screen without digging through menus.

Supporting note:
AI-generated nutrition values are estimates. They are designed to support tracking, not replace professional nutrition or medical advice.

Keep protein and movement visible while your routine changes.

Food, protein and movement are easier to make sense of when they are not scattered across separate notes and apps. Habits keeps them alongside the rest of your routine.

You can track protein alongside meals and use structured exercise programmes built into the app, including beginner, home, gym and gentle-movement options.

Protein in the same place as meals

See your daily protein total alongside calories, carbohydrates and fat instead of maintaining a separate note or spreadsheet.

Programmes with a plan

Choose from structured multi-week programmes, set a start date and see the scheduled session on your Today screen.

Generate a workout when you need one

Use the AI workout generator to create a session around the location, time and type of workout you ask for.

Important:
Habits helps you record and organise nutrition and movement routines. It does not measure muscle mass or promise a particular body-composition outcome.

Your logs should become easier to look back on.

Tracking is more useful when you can see the week as a whole.

Habits brings your recorded information into charts, summaries and reports across areas such as medication, hydration, nutrition, exercise, mood, sleep and weight.

See trends over time

Review weight, water, exercise, mood, sleep and calorie trends across different time periods.

Weekly health reports

Generate a seven-day summary of the information you have recorded. Pro expands the report across more health categories.

AI insights with data-volume labels

Habits can surface trends and correlations from your own records. The app labels insights Low, Medium or High according to how much history is available.

Patterns in tracking data can be useful context, but they are not a diagnosis and do not prove that one behaviour caused another.

Bring an organised record to your next appointment.

Trying to remember several weeks of doses, side effects and routines in a short appointment is difficult.

Habits can generate a formatted Doctor Report PDF from the information you have recorded, giving you something organised to review or share with a healthcare professional if you choose.

You can also export your health data in CSV or JSON format.

The report organises information recorded in Habits. It is not clinician-authored, a diagnosis, a medical assessment or a substitute for your healthcare professional's judgement.

AI is optional. Your tracking is not locked behind it.

Habits lets you use its core trackers even if you do not enable AI.

If you choose to use AI features, you have controls over what information AI can access.

Turn AI on or off

A master control lets you disable AI data processing while keeping the tracking parts of Habits available.

Choose categories

Control AI access separately across categories such as medication, food, hydration, exercise, mood, weight and sleep.

Know when third-party AI processing is involved

Habits currently uses OpenAI models for its AI features. For supported AI requests, Habits applies PII masking before processing to filter identifiers such as names, phone numbers and health IDs. Relevant health context that you choose to make available to AI may still be processed to provide the feature.

See when AI accessed data

The AI Privacy Dashboard includes an audit history showing AI data-access events by time, category and feature.

Export or delete

Export your logged data in CSV or JSON, and delete your account through the app's re-authenticated account-deletion flow.

A companion for tracking—not a replacement for care.

Habits is designed to help you organise the everyday information around your GLP-1 routine.

It can record information you enter, remind you about routines, summarise your logged data and help you review your own history.

It does not:

  • prescribe GLP-1 medication;
  • recommend that you start, stop or change a medication dose;
  • diagnose side effects or medical conditions;
  • replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

If you are worried about a symptom, medication reaction or treatment decision, contact an appropriate healthcare professional.

Built for what happens between the logs.

A GLP-1 companion should do more than collect isolated numbers.

Habits is designed around four practical ideas:

Keep the week together.
Medication sits alongside food, protein, hydration, movement, mood, sleep and progress.

Make logging lighter.
Quick adds, saved meals, photo analysis and natural-language logging reduce repeated form-filling.

Turn history into something usable.
Charts, weekly reports, exports and a clinician-shareable PDF make it easier to revisit what you recorded.

Make AI controls visible.
AI can be turned off, category access can be adjusted, and access history can be reviewed.
