- Hydration;

PDFs
The current product source documents:
- Weekly PDF:
- Free = partial;
- Pro = full;
- Monthly PDF:
- Pro.
The separate Doctor Report PDF is available in Free and Pro and has its own Product Guide.
Habits also has regular Analytics views
The current Analytics Dashboard supports:
- 7 days;
- 30 days;
- 90 days;
for charts such as Weight, Water, Exercise, Mood, Sleep and calorie intake.
Those chart filters are separate from:
- the AI-generated 7-day Weekly Report;
- the Pro 30-day Monthly Report.
Why the distinction matters
A chart is a visualisation of recorded data.
A Weekly or Monthly Report adds an AI-generated summary layer.
Turning optional AI off should not be described as removing the underlying core tracker data or ordinary Analytics charts.
Weekly Report summarises a seven-day period
The current product source describes the Weekly Health Report as:
an AI-generated 7-day summary.
The report is designed to bring together information that would otherwise be spread across multiple Habits trackers.
Free
The current Free Weekly Report includes:
- Medication;
- Hydration.
Pro
The current Pro Weekly Report includes the full documented eight-section set.
Pro expands the Weekly Report across more of Habits
The current source documents these eight Weekly Report sections:
Medication
A Medication section based on Habits Medication records.
Hydration
A Hydration section based on Habits Hydration records.
Nutrition
A Nutrition section based on Food/Nutrition records.
Exercise
An Exercise section based on Exercise records.
Mood
A Mood section based on Mood records.
Sleep
A Sleep section based on Sleep records.
Weight
A Weight section based on Weight records.
Wearables
A Wearables section when the relevant wearable functionality/data is available.
Important
This list describes the current documented report sections.
It does not imply:
- every section always has enough data;
- every section contains a particular chart/statistic;
- every section is a medical interpretation.
Hydration reporting reflects what you recorded in Habits
Habits can summarise Hydration tracking in the Weekly Report.
Your Hydration goal is a configurable tracking target.
A report should not be treated as diagnosing:
- dehydration;
- fluid deficiency;
- a medically appropriate daily fluid requirement.
The Nutrition section reflects Food information available in Habits
The Pro Weekly Report includes a Nutrition section.
Food records in Habits can come from:
- manual logging;
- AI-assisted Food logging;
- AI Food Photo estimates.
That means the report can include information that originated as an estimate.
Do not treat report nutrition values as laboratory measurements.
These report sections should describe Habits records without turning them into medical conclusions.
Exercise
Exercise reporting should reflect recorded activity.
It should not conclude:
- Exercise was medically safe;
- a certain intensity was clinically correct;
- muscle was preserved.
Mood
Mood reporting should reflect the Habits Mood scale/records.
It should not diagnose:
- depression;
- anxiety;
- another mental-health condition.
Sleep
Sleep reporting should reflect recorded Sleep duration/quality.
It should not diagnose:
- insomnia;
- sleep apnoea;
- another sleep disorder.
Weight
Weight reporting should describe recorded Weight changes.
It should not infer:
- body composition;
- fat loss;
- lean mass;
- clinical treatment success.
Pro also includes a 30-day AI-generated report
The current source documents a Pro Monthly Health Report as:
a full 30-day AI-generated health summary.
This gives a longer review window than the Weekly Report.
Exact Monthly structure
This Product Guide does not publish the exact Monthly section/field structure until the current running build is checked.
AI helps turn the period's tracking data into a report
The current source explicitly describes Weekly and Monthly Health Reports as AI-generated.
That means:
- the source tracker records matter;
- AI can still make interpretation mistakes;
- a generated summary should not override known records or professional medical advice.
Important distinction
A tracker value such as:
Weight = 82 kg
is source data.
A generated sentence about what that pattern means is:
AI-generated interpretation.
Those are not the same level of evidence.
A Habits report is a review of tracked data
Do not use a Weekly or Monthly Report to decide:
- whether a medication is working medically;
- whether to change dose;
- whether a side effect is safe;
- whether you are dehydrated;
- whether you have a nutritional deficiency;
- whether a Mood/Sleep pattern is a diagnosis;
- whether a Heart Rate/HRV/SpO2 value means you need treatment.
If you need a medical interpretation, use an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Missing records create missing context
A report is only as complete as the information available in Habits.
For example:
- not logging Food does not prove you did not eat;
- not logging Water does not prove you drank nothing;
- missing Mood/Sleep entries are not automatically bad days;
- sparse Weight entries do not create a complete daily Weight history.
Treat the report as:
a summary of the records available
—not:
a complete reconstruction of your health.
An existing Weekly Report may not change immediately when you edit a tracker
The current product source says the Weekly Report is:
cached after first generation.
The source does not specify the cache duration or regeneration rule.
That means this Product Guide should not promise:
“always up to date in real time.”
The report should make its covered dates clear
“7-day” and “30-day” describe a duration.
The current source does not establish the exact calendar-window rule.
The production report should show the actual dates it covers.
Free and Pro have different Weekly Report depth
Free
Weekly Report:
- Medication;
- Hydration.
Weekly PDF:
- partial.
Pro
Weekly Report:
- full documented eight-section scope.
Weekly PDF:
- full.
Important
The Free report is not described as a trial or temporary preview in the current source.
Do not imply:
“Upgrade to unlock your missing health information.”
Those extra sections are a product-plan entitlement, not information the app has medically determined you need.
The Monthly Report is part of Pro
The current plan matrix documents the Monthly Report/PDF as Pro.
This Product Guide does not publish pricing because the public Pro price/terms must match the live App Store configuration.
Habits also supports downloadable report PDFs
The current source documents:
Weekly PDF
- Free:
- partial;
- Pro:
- full.
Monthly PDF
- Pro.
A downloaded PDF becomes a separate copy outside the Habits app.
Privacy note
Once you save or share a PDF:
- it may be stored in Files, email, cloud storage or another app;
- deleting Habits data later does not automatically delete every external copy you created.
Use the report type that matches what you want to review
Weekly / Monthly reports
Designed to summarise recent Habits tracking across a period.
Doctor Report
A separate formatted PDF feature that you can choose to share with a healthcare professional.

Do not assume equivalence
A Weekly or Monthly AI report is not automatically:
- clinician-ready;
- medically complete;
- a medical record;
- a substitute for the separate Doctor Report.
AI-generated reports require optional AI processing
Habits has an AI consent system.
Core trackers remain available if you decline optional AI.
The current Privacy source explicitly includes reports in the PII-masking flow.
Habits documentation specifically includes reports in direct-identifier masking
The current source says PII masking removes direct identifiers such as:
- name;
- phone number;
- health IDs;
before supported report context reaches the AI model.
A report still needs relevant tracking data.
Therefore:
PII masking is not the same as anonymous data.
